Summary

This study compares two minimally invasive surgeries (ETEP and SCOLA) for repairing paraumbilical hernias (belly button hernias) in 86 adults aged 18-65. Researchers will measure operating time, pain, infections, fluid buildup, and recovery to see which method leads to fewer complications. Participants are randomly assigned to one technique and followed for up to six months.
