Summary

This study is testing a daily oral medication called etavopivat in adolescents with sickle cell disease. Researchers want to understand how safe the drug is, how it moves through the body, and whether it helps reduce complications like pain crises. About 50 participants will take the medication daily for 96 weeks while doctors monitor their health.
