Summary

This study looks at whether having more sessions of shock wave therapy helps people with long-term heel pain (plantar fasciitis) feel better. Researchers will compare different numbers of treatment sessions in 57 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to find the best way to reduce pain and improve daily function.
