First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether taking 12 mg of estradiol daily is better than 8 mg for preparing the womb lining before a frozen embryo transfer in IVF. 850 women aged 18-40 were randomly assigned to one of the two doses. The goal was to see if the higher dose leads to more pregnancies. Results will help doctors choose the best dose for this procedure.
