Summary

This study compares two pain-blocking injections (ESPB and PIFB) given before heart surgery to see which one reduces pain and helps patients breathe better afterward. About 80 adults having their first open-heart surgery will take part. The goal is to find the best way to manage pain and speed up recovery.
