Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks—erector spinae plane block and subcostal transversus abdominis plane block—for pain after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. One hundred adults having elective surgery will receive one of the two blocks, and researchers will track how much opioid pain medicine they need in the first 24 hours. The goal is to see which block provides better pain control and fewer side effects.
