Summary

This study is a registry that collects information on how patients with advanced esophageal, stomach, or gastroesophageal junction cancer are treated in everyday practice in Germany. It will include about 1,900 adults starting their first palliative therapy. The goal is to understand real-world treatment patterns and outcomes, not to test a new drug.
