Summary

This study tests several new drug combinations, with or without the immunotherapy pembrolizumab, in people with advanced esophageal cancer that has continued to grow after standard treatment. About 230 participants will receive different drug regimens to see which are safest and most effective. The goal is to find better options for this hard-to-treat cancer.
