New drug combo aims to shrink esophageal tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs (serplulimab and nimotuzumab) to standard chemoradiation can improve outcomes for people with a certain type of esophageal cancer that can be surgically removed. About 46 adults will receive the combination treatment before surgery. The main goal is to see if the tumor responds well enough to allow for a complete removal.
