This study aims to see if giving the drug esketamine during surgery can improve sleep quality after the operation in postmenopausal women. It will involve 164 women aged 45+ who are having elective lower-limb fracture surgery. Researchers will measure sleep quality, body clock rhythms, and mood to see if esketamine helps reduce common post-surgery sleep problems.
