Summary

This study is testing if a drug called esketamine can safely and effectively manage pain during a procedure that uses heat to destroy liver tumors. The goal is to find the right dose that controls pain without needing strong opioid painkillers, which can have side effects like breathing problems. Researchers will first find the effective dose and then test its safety in about 79 patients.
