New cancer drug trial seeks to control advanced tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ESG406 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose, check how the body processes the drug, and see if it helps shrink tumors. The study will enroll 556 adults who have run out of standard treatment options.
