Summary

This study is testing whether an escape room simulation game can help improve leadership skills in nursing students. Researchers will compare 70 students who play the escape room to students who receive traditional classroom teaching. The goal is to see if this fun, hands-on method is better for teaching skills like planning, instruction, and scientific thinking.
