Summary
This study looked at 40 factory workers to compare how different jobs affect the body. Blue-collar workers (on the factory floor) and white-collar workers (in offices) were tested for muscle strength, flexibility, and pain. The goal was to understand which job types pose higher ergonomic risks and to suggest personalized exercises to prevent injuries.
