Summary
This study tests two drugs, ergometrine and carbetocin, both injected into the uterus during surgery to remove fibroids. The goal is to see which one reduces blood loss more effectively. Forty women having abdominal myomectomy will be randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs, and their blood loss will be measured during and after surgery.
