Summary
This study tested a nerve block called erector spinae plane block for chronic low back pain caused by degenerative disc disease. Forty adults aged 30 to 65 with moderate to severe pain that didn't improve with other treatments received the injection. The goal was to reduce pain and improve daily function, measured by pain scores and disability questionnaires.
