New hope for rare brain cancer: targeted pill shrinks tumors in early trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called erdafitinib in people with a specific type of brain tumor (glioma) that has come back or is growing. The drug targets a faulty protein that helps the tumor grow. About 30 adults will take the pill to see if it can shrink or slow the tumor.
