New drug combo aims to shrink bladder tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a drug called erdafitinib, alone or with another drug (cetrelimab), given before surgery to people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer whose tumors have certain gene changes (FGFR). The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink or eliminate the cancer before the bladder is removed. The study includes 90 adults who cannot take standard chemotherapy.
