NCT ID NCT05554419
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining standard chemotherapy with newer drugs can better eliminate leftover leukemia cells in adults aged 18-59 with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) before they receive a stem cell transplant. About 184 participants will be assigned to one of four treatment groups to see which combination leads to a deeper remission. The goal is to improve transplant outcomes by erasing any remaining disease.
