Summary

This study tested whether using a special laser (Er:YAG) to remove impacted wisdom teeth is better than the usual surgical method. Twenty-four healthy adults aged 20-30 took part. The researchers measured pain, swelling, and how well the mouth could open after surgery. The goal was to see if the laser causes less discomfort and speeds up healing.
