Summary
This study compares three common emergency room cooling methods for people with dangerously high body temperature (hyperthermia). Fifty healthy adults will exercise until their core temperature rises above 39°C, then be cooled using cooling packs, ice-soaked sheets with a fan, or an ice-filled body bag. The goal is to see which method lowers temperature the fastest. Results will help ER doctors choose the best treatment.
