Simple head tilt may cure dizziness in ER, study says

Summary

This study tests a simple head and body movement called the Epley maneuver to see if it helps people with a common type of dizziness (BPPV) in the emergency room. About 118 adults will either get the real maneuver or a fake one. The goal is to see if the real maneuver reduces dizziness better after 3 days.
