Summary

This study tested a new medicine called NBI-827104 in 24 children with a rare form of epilepsy that causes constant brain activity during sleep. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce that activity and improve safety. Children took the drug or a placebo once daily for 13 weeks, and researchers measured brain waves during sleep.
