This study is testing a new blood test that looks for changes in DNA to help diagnose pancreatic cancer. Researchers will collect blood samples and medical records from 450 people with or at high risk for pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if this test can find cancer earlier and predict how well treatment is working. Participation lasts about 5 years.
