Summary

This study tests three different mixtures of two common numbing medicines (lidocaine and bupivacaine) given through an epidural for leg surgeries. About 96 adults will take part to see which mixture starts working fastest, lasts the right amount of time, and keeps the heart stable during surgery. The goal is to improve pain control and safety for patients.
