NCT ID NCT05864846

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding Epidiolex (a CBD-based medicine) to usual treatment can improve behavior, sleep, and quality of life in people aged 1 to 65 with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) who have seizures. Researchers tracked changes in behavior, seizure frequency, and other symptoms using surveys and caregiver reports. The goal was to see if Epidiolex helps with the full range of TSC-related challenges, not just seizures.
