Summary

This study looks at how often exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) occurs in people with Alagille syndrome who have had a liver transplant. About 30 children and adults will eat a high-fat diet, keep a symptom diary, and collect stool samples to measure fat absorption. The goal is to better understand this condition in this specific group.
