New shot offers hope for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

NCT ID NCT07226752

Summary

This trial is testing if a new drug called epcoritamab works better than standard chemotherapy for people with an aggressive type of lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug as an under-the-skin injection or one of two standard chemotherapy combinations given by IV. The main goal is to see which treatment helps people live longer.
