Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called epcoritamab in Japanese adults whose B-cell lymphoma has come back or not responded to treatment. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, checking how well the drug works alone or with other treatments. About 78 people will take part, and the goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
