First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether wearing a heart monitor for 7 days (ePatch) finds more treatable heart rhythm problems than the usual 24-hour monitor in people who have fainted. About 55 adults with fainting symptoms took part. The goal was to see if the longer monitoring period helps doctors make better decisions.
