Summary
This is the first study in people testing an experimental oral medication called EP102 for various advanced solid tumors. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose, understand how the drug moves through the body, and check for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors. It is for patients with cancers like ovarian, lung, or pancreatic cancer who have run out of standard treatment options.
