This study compares two treatments for eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition that causes swelling and scarring in the esophagus. Researchers will give 60 adults either swallowed budesonide (Eohilia) or injected dupilumab (Dupixent) for 12 weeks to see which better improves esophageal diameter and reduces scarring. The goal is to find which treatment works best for managing this chronic disease.
