New 'Microbial' vaccine seeks to train immune system to fight lymphoma
NCT ID NCT04669171
Summary
This study is testing a new type of treatment called EO2463, which is a therapeutic vaccine designed to teach the body's immune system to recognize and attack lymphoma cells. It will be given to patients with slow-growing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, both by itself and in combination with standard lymphoma drugs. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
