NCT ID NCT04116658

Summary

This study tested a new type of cancer vaccine called EO2401 in adults whose aggressive brain tumor (glioblastoma) had returned after standard treatment. The main goals were to check the vaccine's safety and see if it could trigger an immune response against the cancer. The vaccine was tested alone and in combination with other immunotherapy drugs.
