Summary
This study looks at whether enavogliflozin, a diabetes medication, can improve heart function and exercise ability in 30 obese adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps blood flow in the heart's small vessels and boosts overall fitness.
