Experimental pill targets specific cancer mutations in patients out of options
NCT ID NCT05199584
Summary
This study tested an oral medication called ENV-101 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (PTCH1 mutation) and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and was safe to take. Researchers measured how many patients' tumors responded and monitored side effects over time.
