First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking ensartinib pills along with standard chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. About 20 adults with stage II to IIIB cancer will receive the treatment for 9 weeks, then have surgery. Researchers will check how many patients have no cancer left in the removed tissue and monitor for side effects.
