New pill could tame lupus skin flares

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called enpatoran for people with lupus that causes active skin rashes. About 202 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, while continuing their usual treatments. The goal is to see if the drug reduces skin disease severity by at least 70%.
