New peanut allergy treatment aims to help people tolerate peanuts

Summary
This study tests an experimental treatment called ENP-501 for people with peanut allergy. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps people eat more peanut without having an allergic reaction. About 68 people aged 14 to 50 will take part, including some without peanut allergy. The study is in two parts and uses a placebo for comparison.
