Blood thinner may boost survival in pregnancy complication

Summary
This study tests whether enoxaparin, a blood thinner, can improve outcomes for babies with intrauterine growth restriction (poor growth) and low amniotic fluid. About 108 pregnant women will receive either enoxaparin or standard care. The goal is to see if the treatment increases live births and reduces low birth weight.
