Summary
This study tested how well and how quickly ENO Lime fruit salt works to relieve common stomach problems like acidity, indigestion, and nausea. About 40 adults in India with recent symptoms took one dose and rated their discomfort before and after. Researchers tracked symptom changes starting just 2 minutes after taking the product to see how fast relief occurred.
