Summary

This study tested whether a targeted education program could improve the knowledge and skills of nurses caring for bone marrow transplant patients. 98 nurses from Mansoura University took part. The program covered care before, during, and after transplant, including discharge. The goal was to see if training leads to better nursing performance.
