New lens aims to sharpen vision at all distances after cataract surgery

NCT ID NCT07439835

Summary

This study tested a new type of lens implant designed to improve vision after cataract surgery. Researchers measured how well 62 participants could see at nine different distances, from reading a book to seeing across a room. The goal was to see if this enhanced lens provides better overall vision and reduces the need for glasses compared to standard implants.
