This study looked at whether adding one-on-one skills coaching sessions to standard dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) helps reduce suicidal thoughts and behaviors in teens. 47 adolescents took part in the enhanced therapy for one year. Researchers measured changes in reasons for living, depression, and suicide risk using questionnaires.
