This study tests two drugs, durvalumab and monalizumab, given together to people with a type of bladder cancer that has not gotten better with standard treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can make the cancer disappear or stop it from growing. About 60 adults will take part, receiving the drugs by IV once a month for up to 13 cycles.
