Summary
This early study tests a new device called CARLEN for people with a leaky heart valve (functional mitral regurgitation). The device is designed to help the valve close better, reducing symptoms like shortness of breath. About 30 adults with moderate-to-severe leakage will be enrolled to see if the procedure is safe and works as intended.
