Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app called ENHANCe that helps family doctors manage patients with high blood pressure. The app reads home blood pressure measurements and gives doctors treatment recommendations. Researchers want to see if doctors find the app helpful and if it leads to better blood pressure control compared to regular care.
