Summary
This phase II trial tests enfortumab vedotin, a targeted drug that homes in on a protein called Nectin-4 found on many small bowel cancer cells. The study enrolls 27 adults whose cancer has worsened despite platinum-based chemotherapy or who cannot tolerate it. Participants receive the drug intravenously three weeks out of four. Researchers will measure how many patients' tumors shrink and track safety, hoping to find a new standard treatment for this rare and aggressive cancer.
