Summary
This study tested a personalized home-based rehabilitation program for adults with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). The program taught participants how to better manage their daily energy to reduce severe fatigue. Researchers measured if this improved participants' ability to perform daily activities and their overall quality of life.
