Summary
This study aims to understand how having too little energy from food affects the health and performance of elite triathletes. Researchers will monitor 40 high-level athletes over two competitive seasons using blood tests, scans, and questionnaires, but will not give any treatments. The goal is to learn how low energy availability leads to injuries and hurts athletic results.
